THYON HAS BEEN EATING ITALIAN SINCE 1976:
La Luge opened its doors in 1976. The restaurant was founded by Simone Bovier, who remained in charge until 2007. Italian cuisine such as pizza and pasta was the main event from the very start. When Giovanni Coretti
—a restaurant employee from southern Italy—took over the business in the 2000s, the Italian influence grew stronger still.
The new owner manages the establishment alongside his son Domenico. The restaurant employs up to 9 people during the winter who can serve you in French, English and Italian

Looking for handmade gluten-free dishes?
Giovanni and his team make the pizza dough themselves and offer homemade pasta in the summer. In recent years, the menu has also included several gluten-free dishes.
