A major new feature of the 2019/2020 season, the Thyon 2000 restaurant has been given a new look! Renamed "La Tsermetta" as well as the surrounding summit, this restaurant is being taken over this winter by a young dynamic couple who love the land.

To please as many people as possible, La Tsermetta offers you a choice menu with a variety of dishes:
- Local cuisine & traditional dishes
- Worked dishes (?)
- Meat on slate
All this can be enjoyed on the restaurant's panoramic terrace or "on the go".
: Over the course of his international career, Yannick Brissaud has concocted many dishes "in his own sauce" such as cordon bleu "à la Valaisanne" with rye breadcrumbs (gluten-free), Valaisan hamburger with herbal bread from the Great St. Bernard or pizza dough made with wholemeal rye, spelt and wheat.
