Because of the health context, the last few months have been particularly challenging for all of us. Today, at a time when you need more than ever to escape and get away from it all, we dream of being able to welcome you to our home for the next ski season 2020-2021.
We are well aware that the delicate and uncertain health situation at the moment is generating a lot of questions and doubts about the smooth running of your future snow holiday. It is therefore our responsibility to answer them in the best possible way to guarantee you a safe and pleasant stay in our resort.
First of all, you should know that our ski resort will welcome you throughout this new winter season in conditions that guarantee everyone's safety, in full compliance with the hygiene and social distancing standards currently in force.
THE GUARANTEE BREATHESWe are happy to inform you that we have now put in place an exclusive COVID-19 guarantee, which guarantees the reimbursement of your stay in the event of a problem*.
In the event that health circumstances (local confinement, border closures, changes in the dates of the resort's reopening, etc.) do not allow us to welcome you in the desired conditions, you will be able to request a change to your stay at a later date, or even a refund.

General terms and conditions hostOnly if an official governmental binding measure prevents the customer from enjoying his stay, will he be eligible for compensation, minus administrative costs (which vary depending on the accommodation provider).
The following are considered to be binding government measures:
- Partial or total confinement of Switzerland resulting in a
- Closing of rental agencies
- Partial or total containment of the customer's country of residence
- A quarantine imposed by Switzerland on arrival in the country or a quarantine imposed by the customer's country on his return that does not reasonably allow him to travel.
This clause is only valid for the duration of the guest's stay and is not applicable if the above-mentioned binding measures do not affect the stay in question.
The agency can in no way be held responsible for the non-appearance of a client if this occurs due to a non-binding reason (such as the principle of caution, recommendations not to travel, etc.) or a non-governmental reason (personal reasons, illness, etc.). It is up to the client to take out adequate insurance against these risks. In this case, the client alone is responsible for not enjoying their stay and the standard cancellation conditions will be applied.
