Hérens Bike Day

On July 25, join us for Hérens Bike Day in Thyon–Hérémence. A day dedicated to mountain biking, combining sports, exploration, and fun. Two guided rides are offered: - in the morning, a route for experienced mountain bikers - in the afternoon, a discovery ride suitable for families and beginners The event is open to all mountain bikers who wish to ride independently in the region. Self-guided rides are also possible throughout the day. Morning Program – Expert Level • 8:30 a.m.: Welcome coffee and croissants at the Dent Blanche Resort plaza, across from Intersport • 9:00 a.m.: Start of the Essertse Bike Tour led by a guide (experienced level required) heading toward the Gouilles d’Essertse. Participants will take the Masses and Trabanta chairlifts Practical info: approx. 18 km / 1,148 m descent / 500 m ascent Afternoon Program – Beginner Level • 1:00 PM: Welcome with a drink and energy bar at the Dent Blanche Resort plaza, across from Intersport • 1:15 p.m.: Start of the Hérémence Family Tour heading toward Les Masses – Riod – Mâche – Hérémence – Les Masses Practical information: 10.24 km, 370 m ascent / 370 m descent Bikes can be rented from our partner shops at Genolet Sports and Theytaz Sports at the Swisspeak Resort and Les Collons, as well as at the Intersport at Dent-Blanche. Free participation upon registration – limited to 10 people per outing
